Episode 1 took a $9,800 YouTube coaching program, rebuilt its method with the AI already being paid for, and ran every step on a brand-new channel. The verdict was Both: build the method first, and buy coaching if what you’re missing is a person keeping you on track. This kit is that build, tested by someone setting it up from scratch.
What’s inside
- Setup for Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, on a paid plan.
- The project instructions and a channel brief you fill in once, in about 15 minutes.
- Step 0 and four prompts: find outliers, pick a topic, score your title, write the script, review your numbers. Each one says why it works, what to give it, and what a good answer looks like.
- A worked example: excerpts from the real run in episode 1.
- A routine: what to run each month, each week before you record, and each week on the same day.
- A step-by-step guide (PDF) and separate files for everything you copy and paste.
What it cannot do
It will not grow your channel or make you money. It gives you the method and a routine. No person checks your work, there’s no community, it can’t watch your video, and it has never run a channel. It doesn’t cover choosing keywords, making money from the channel, or editing.
