Who this covers
These terms apply to anyone who visits solobuilt.ai or purchases any product or service from SoloBuilt (operated by Wayne Foreman).
Digital products
All products sold through SoloBuilt are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final except where a specific money-back guarantee is stated on the product's sales page. If a guarantee is offered, the terms of that guarantee govern the refund process.
What you can do with what you buy
When you purchase a SoloBuilt product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or repurpose the content as your own product, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on solobuilt.ai, including written content, prompt bundles, guides, templates, and course materials, is owned by Wayne Foreman / SoloBuilt unless otherwise stated. Reproducing or distributing it without permission is not permitted.

No guarantees
SoloBuilt content is educational. I share what has worked for me and document real workflows and results. Limitation of liability
